The short version: be straight with the data and we will be straight with you. The rest is written in plain language on purpose.
The service
Las Vegas Leads reads public government records for the Las Vegas Valley and sends subscribers the businesses whose records changed, with the date. What we send is informative only: public facts and their dates. It is not legal, compliance or professional advice.
The weekly list and accounts
The free weekly list needs only an email address, which you confirm by opening one link. An account is needed for a plan. Keep your sign-in to yourself, tell us if you think it has been used by someone else, and keep a working email address on it, since email is how the list arrives.
Free and paid
The free list carries up to ten rows a week, is free for as long as you want it, and needs no payment method. Plans add more rows, contact detail and the record behind each row. Price and billing cycle are stated at the point of purchase; plans are monthly and you can cancel anytime.
The data and what you may do with it
The rows come from public records and are only as accurate as those records. You may use what we send in your own business development. You may not resell, republish or redistribute the dataset itself, scrape the service, or use the data to harass anyone. Rows are not exclusive: the underlying records are public and other subscribers may see the same businesses.
Corrections and opting out
Any business can see its own record for free, ask us to correct it, or ask to be left out of what we send. Write to support@lvleads.com and we will handle it.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided as is. Public records contain errors, and we show each line with the date it was checked rather than guaranteeing it. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced to account holders by email before they take effect. Questions go to support@lvleads.com.
